What is Coaching
Coaching is a process of querying and reflecting in order to help the client better understand themselves, their problems, and possible solutions. We also faciliate change by helping you you make and keep commitments and focus on what's improtnant in your relationship. We focus on you, what you want and what you are capable of.
Coaching Vs Therapy
Coaching is not the same as therapy. While both have uses and strengths, coaching focuses more on the client and their experiences and thoughts, thereby helping the client find their own solution. While both seek to fix problems, therapy is geared towards those who are in a bad place and need help, whereas coaching helps those who are ready and willing to improve themselves.
Those who suffer from trauma and are seeking to heal should look to therapy, not coaching.
Can Coaching Help Me?
Coaching is not for everyone. Coaching is a powerful tool to help you better understand relationships, issues, and ways in which you can empower yourself in your relationships. It requires commitment, openess and intentional action. Those who are not ready to put in work will see very little in the way of results. However, those who are willing to take action and responsability can find coaching will help them driect and capitalize on their efforts
